Gulabi project
Perfume from Grasse helps to emancipate women in India

What is the Gulabi project?
People involved
The Gulabi project is a humanitarian project run jointly by members of two associations: Indi'Azur and Rain Drop, which operates in India.
Our aim
Our aim is to help people, particularly women, in disadvantaged Indian villages to have a sustainable source of income.
Indi'Azur's mission
Indi'Azur creates simple perfumed products using Indian resources. We then work with the women to help them become independent in creating and selling their products in India and France.
Creation of a first natural ayurvedic soap
This soap combines Grasse know-how with Ayurvedic properties from India.
En effet, il est composé de colorants naturels tels que la poudre d'orange et le majinsta, deux ingrédients intégrés dans la médecine traditionnelle indienne.
What's more, this soap is super-greased with Neem oil, known in Ayurveda for soothing Pitta and Kâpha, and thanks to its purifying and detoxifying properties, Neem is considered to be the "healer of all ills" in India.
Our soap, made up mainly of Indian mango butter, has exfoliating properties thanks to the poppy seeds.
Finally, its hesperide, floral, woody fragrance was created in Grasse.
