In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter the "User", to the indiazur.org , ci-après le « Site », les présentes mentions légales.
Connection to and browsing of the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of this legal notice.

Article 1 - The publisher

Article 3 - Website access
The Website is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption or where maintenance is required.
In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Website, the Publisher may not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result for the User.
Article 4 - Collecting data
Le Site ne comporte aucun formulaire de contact ni aucune inscription : l'Editeur n'y collecte aucune donnée personnelle directement auprès des visiteurs.
The Site uses the audience measurement tool Koko Analytics, configured without cookies and without identifying visitors. It only produces aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer), kept for 60 months. The Site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies.
Donations are made by bank transfer to the account of the Indi'Azur association. The contact details that donors choose to email to the association to receive their tax receipt are processed by the Indi'Azur association for the issuance of that receipt.
The Site's host may keep technical connection logs (including IP addresses) in accordance with its legal obligations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their data. To exercise these rights, simply write to contact@siagneo.fr (for the Site) or, for donations, to the Indi'Azur association at the e-mail address given in the Site's donation information. You may also contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Article 5 - Intellectual property
Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing or modification of all or part of the Site without the Publisher's authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action and proceedings as provided for, in particular, by the French Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
